Sr Regulatory Analyst, The City of Calgary
Brenda Casella has been with The City of Calgary for over 10 years and is the corporate subject matter expert on regulatory matters for the water utility, as well as on the Duy to Consult. Prior to joining The City, Brenda worked for over 15 years on environmental policy, legislation and contaminated sites for the federal government. Brenda holds a B.Sc. in civil environmental engineering from Queens University and an M.Sc. in environmental science from Royal Roads University.
