Susannah Tawse

Susannah is passionate about working collaboratively with individuals and teams who believe in possibilities, deeply explore the “why,” approach ideas with open minds, and focus on what truly matters to make meaningful progress—while fostering care for one another and creating an enjoyable process.

As a Product Manager, Innovator, Facilitator, and Community Catalyst, Susannah applies a holistic lens rooted in Human-Centered Design (and consideration for all life) to drive social good.

With over two decades of professional experience, Susannah brings a diverse and refined skill set to her work, including Product Management, Product Design, User Experience Research and Design, Education and Facilitation, Creative Mindful Design Thinking, Usability, Insight Generation and Ideation, Collective Collaboration, Coaching, Empathetic Emotional Intelligence, Brain Science, Vision Identification and Clarification, and Software Development and R&D.

Susannah thrives on helping individuals and teams engage, collaborate, and bring their visions to life with invigorating energy, innovation, and joy.

In the spirit of respect, reciprocity, and truth, we acknowledge that we live, work, and gather on the traditional territories of the peoples of Treaty 7, including the Blackfoot Confederacy—comprising the Siksika, Kainai, and Piikani Nations—as well as the Îyâxe Nakoda and Tsuut’ina Nations.

This land, known as Moh’kinsstis in the Blackfoot language and encompassing what is now Districts 5 and 6, is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3, within the historical Northwest Métis homeland.
