Corporate Environment Manager at Graham

Annette is a Senior Professional with over 25 years of experience in Environmental Management, Sustainability, Policy and Governance, and Regulatory Compliance. Annette has a master’s degree in Environment & Management, from Royal Roads University, a bachelor’s in Environmental Studies from Cape Breton University and her CRSP designation. Annette is dedicated to developing strategic long-term partnerships with all levels of decision-makers, as well as the government and other regulators.

Her recent experience includes working on a wide variety of projects across North America at Graham Construction.  As an auditor, Annette has been developing, implementing and auditing ISO 14001 systems since 2007, and currently providing auditing services to both Graham projects as well as joint venture partnerships. Annette has a passion for passing along her knowledge and experience as a mentor, instructor and volunteer in her community. 


Team Lead, Corporate EHS Audit & Reporting Services

Harley Hutchinson has been a certified Environmental Professional, EP(CEA)  with ECO Canada, and its predecessor Environmental Auditing Association of Canada, since 1998. During his career, he worked in varied sectors developing auditing programs to support environmental management system (EMS)such as mining, pulp and paper, airports, utilities, and food processing industries, as well as an overseas oil and gas producer.

Since joining the City of Calgary in 2001, Harley has worked on implementing a corporate-wide  ISO 14001-registered management system, including the internal compliance auditing program. Harley has supported the EP community in many ways over the years by proctoring exams, chairing technical committees and contributing presentations at annual ECO Canada conferences. He also served on the Advisory Committee for the Environmental Technology diploma program at SAIT Polytechnic for over 10 years and was a frequent guest speaker for the EMS and Auditing course. Harley has provided mentoring to several  students as well as attending forums such as career fairs and SAIT Industry Night to provide insights on future career prospects.

He has also served on technical committees developing guidelines related to applying environmental management principles to municipal infrastructure, sponsored by the National Research Council and Federation of Canadian Municipalities  


Project Manager/Sr.Biologist

Victor Ladipo stands out as an esteemed Certified Environmental Management Systems Lead Auditor and Environmental Biologist, spanning over two decades of professional involvement across a diverse array of sectors, including oil and gas, manufacturing, and construction. His environmental acumen has been applied to a wide range of significant projects — such as those involving LNGC, Site-C Developments, WCRR (DB2), Pipelines & Transmission initiatives, and Road Infrastructure — in diverse roles that range from environmental consultancy to workforce positions.

Equipped with an impressive suite of academic achievements and professional certifications, Ladipo’s qualifications include titles such as Professional Biologist (PBiol/RPBio), Certified Environmental Management Systems Lead Auditor (EP-EMSLA), National Construction Safety Officer, NEBOSH-IGC, GHG-Inventory Quantifier, and British Columbia Erosion and Sediment Control Lead, among others.

His professional record includes the facilitation of fifty plus ISO 14001:2015 EMS audits, both internal and external, as well as undertaking a variety of HSE audits, including those focused on due diligence. His recent leadership in the Apache/World Bank Management Systems and HSE due diligence audit of Egyptian oil and gas operations as the Lead Auditor underscores his proficiency and commitment to surpassing the anticipations of his clients. His experiences make him an indispensable asset to entities seeking to secure and uphold conformity to ISO 14001:2015 requisites.

Victor is fervently devoted to the execution and leadership of HSE audits per ISO Management Systems Standards. Beyond this, he actively aids clients in enhancing their systems and policies to foster outcomes that not only meet but anticipating what will assist them to exceed expectations in subsequent audits. His mentorship extends to the nurturing of young environmental professionals and auditors from various professional organizations, as well as guiding new Canadians within the environmental and scientific communities.

Victor recently joined Base Land and Environmental Ltd from the Calgary Safelink Partners JV /Carmacks (WCRR-DB2) project and 21st Century Environmental Consultant Inc.

Despite his busy professional life, Ladipo values quality time with his wife and children.
