Emily Davis EPt

Project Manager, Dillon Consulting Limited

Emily Davis is an environmental scientist and project manager with Dillon Consulting Limited (Dillon) in Fredericton, New Brunswick and was last year’s ECO Canada’s EPt Impact Award recipient. With a background in environmental science and management, Emily’s career interests focus on the complex relationships that exist between humans and the ocean and blue economy themes.  

Underpinning themes to the majority of her experience include the blue economy, marine planning, risk, and sustainability. Career highlights to date include the development of five coastal and marine spatial plans in the Eastern Caribbean, contributions to the Canadian Science Advisory Secretariat (CSAS) process, and involvement with projects focused on marine contaminants/stressors and cumulative effects assessments in the marine environment.  

Emily is keen to adapt and innovate into the future as a means to support the environmental sector and ocean sustainability, both domestically and abroad.

This land, known as Moh’kinsstis in the Blackfoot language and encompassing what is now Districts 5 and 6, is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3, within the historical Northwest Métis homeland.
