Mark Gage EP(EMSLA)

Mark Gage is a Principal with ISO Metrix Inc., a business consulting firm based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Mark has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Victoria, and a Certificate in Management Excellence from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. Mark has been working as a professional in the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) field since 1999. Prior to forming ISO Metrix Inc., Mark worked as a Senior Manager with KPMG LLP, a global professional services and accounting firm. Mark currently focuses toward auditing or developing HSEQ controls and management systems for large organizations. Mark has significant experience providing audit and consulting services in the Ports and Marine industry in British Columbia. Recent projects include:

  • Port of Vancouver (independent safety audits)
  • Seaspan ULC – all businesses (internal audits)
  • DP World – management system development and integration, internal audit, and advisory (Dubai Ports World operations in Canada)
  • Port of Prince Rupert – management system development and advisory
  • Neptune Bulk Terminals – management system development and integration
  • Mondi Hinton Inc. – internal audit, management system development and integration
