Michael Halliwell

Mr. Halliwell is an Associate, senior environmental engineer and review engineer with 25 years of experience in environmental site assessment and remediation. Mr. Halliwell has a Master of Engineering degree in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Mr. Halliwell is registered as a professional engineer in Alberta, Northwest Territories and Nunavut and Saskatchewan. He has been involved with construction inspection/supervision, report preparation, and project management. Mr. Halliwell is also a technical specialist in the areas of hazardous building material assessments for asbestos, lead paint, mercury, and radioactive and ozone depleting substances. He is also a Certified Radon Professional for both measurement and mitigation with experience in radon projects for commercial, institutional, and residential properties.
