Adam Schwarz

Director, Corporate Sustainability and Reporting | Delphi

Adam helps organizations translate sustainability into financial performance. As Director of Corporate Sustainability and Reporting at Delphi, a boutique Canadian consulting firm, he advises companies across industries on embedding ESG, climate, and sustainable finance principles into core business strategy, strengthening competitiveness, resilience, and long-term value creation.

Drawing on deep expertise in corporate strategy, sustainable finance, regulatory integration, and disclosure frameworks, Adam helps clients align environmental and social priorities with financial goals and market expectations. His work spans ESG and climate risk management, sustainable finance frameworks, climate disclosure, and stakeholder engagement, enabling organizations to manage risk, capture emerging opportunities, and link sustainability performance to capital market value.

Before joining Delphi, Adam founded and led ventures in the ag-tech and food production sectors, sparking his passion for sustainable business innovation. He holds an MBA in Global Energy Management and Sustainable Development from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary and an Honours BA in Sustainable Development from the University of Toronto.
