Kate has over 18 years experience functioning as a senior Human Resources professional within organizations across a variety of different sectors including health & wellness, technology, hospitality, luxury retail and the energy sector. As a strategic partner she provides guidance and support advising business leaders on optimizing the workplace experience and becoming an employer of choice. Kate has extensive professional experience providing superior consultation and support to leadership groups on issues related to Employee Relations, Employment Law, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Talent Management and Organizational Development.
As the Director of Consulting Services for Salopek & Associates she leads a team of 25 HR, Payroll and Compensation professionals across Canada who collectively support over 200 clients.
