Kyle Paddon

Senior Manager, Environment | WSP Canada Inc.

Kyle Paddon is a Senior Environmental Manager in Golder’s Vancouver office.

He has over 18 years of experience in project management, environmental management, permitting, auditing and monitoring during planning and construction phases of major projects. He provides project management and coordination on major civil engineering projects with multi-disciplinary teams and has experience with legal and privileged assignments. Kyle has considerable experience related to evaluating contractors’ compliance regarding regulatory approvals, permits, authorizations, and Environmental Management Plans.

Kyle is a registered Environmental Professional (Environmental Management) with the Canadian Environmental Certification Approvals Board (CECAB) and is an accomplished nationally approved trainer with ECO Canada. In 2019, Kyle received his designation as a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC).

Kyle has extensive geotechnical field and laboratory experience, in addition to environmental sampling experience. Kyle has been registered with the Province of BC as a Civil Technician since 2006.
