Pascal Theriault brings 6 years of recruitment and selection experience across energy, agriculture, engineering systems integration, online grocery, software, and health-tech businesses. He has hired and negotiated job offers with hundreds of candidates ranging from interns and new graduates up to VP-level executives across all teams and departments in these organizations.
Currently, Pascal works as a Talent Acquisition Partner with PurposeMed, a Calgary telemedicine startup whose mission is to improve access to complex care for underserved communities across Canada. Outside of his day job, he also engages in various 1-on-1 career coaching gigs with candidates. Pascal is passionate about DEIB in the workplace (and as it relates to hiring), providing an excellent and equitable Candidate Experience, advocating for the benefits of networking, building his personal brand, and helping others to build theirs!
