Pascal Theriault brings 6 years of recruitment and selection experience across energy, agriculture, engineering systems integration, online grocery, software, and health-tech businesses. He has hired and negotiated job offers with hundreds of candidates ranging from interns and new graduates up to VP-level executives across all teams and departments in these organizations.
Currently, Pascal works as a Talent Acquisition Partner with PurposeMed, a Calgary telemedicine startup whose mission is to improve access to complex care for underserved communities across Canada. Outside of his day job, he also engages in various 1-on-1 career coaching gigs with candidates.
