Peter is a co-founder of WorkForce Strategies International, with a focus on competency modelling for tech start-ups and emerging industries. He has developed competency models in the bio-economy, construction, manufacturing, and environmental sectors, and has co-developed WFSI’s human capital management assessment and alignment processes.
He brings a varied background including manufacturing, construction, and the justice and corrections environment, and applies this broad experience to facilitate positive change and results for clients ranging from tech start-ups to professional and industry associations to the non-profit sector.
Peter leads WFSI’s implementation services, including competency frameworks and profiling, and also provides services focused on future skills and rapid skilling for both emerging and legacy industries.
