Adam Starr is a brand, business, and commercialization strategist. The focus of his consultative practice is to support both mature and start-up organizations relevantly evolve and position themselves to catalyze growth. He does this by helping clients – and, more specifically, their leadership teams – intensely refocus all attention on the end-user, so that they develop a deeper understanding of their needs and pain points, and in turn, create products, services and experiences that solve them.
As a strategist, speaker, coach, passionate facilitator, and founder, his work has delved into a vast array of organizations, including the NBA, ALDO, RBC, Danone, and Volvo, to name a few. Adam currently serves as OUTKOM CATALYST’s senior strategist and as a fractional Chief Strategy Officer within multiple eco-tech and clean-tech start-ups. Prior to these roles, he was Vice President, Global Brand Strategy at the Aldo Group, as well as Managing Director, Business Development, at Publicis Brand Design.

This land, known as Moh’kinsstis in the Blackfoot language and encompassing what is now Districts 5 and 6, is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3, within the historical Northwest Métis homeland.
