Allyson Schilkie, the Workforce Development Specialist at Sinneave Family Foundation, has a decade of experience in non-profit organizations and social service providers. Allyson is a certified psychosocial rehabilitation practitioner (CPRP) with a master’s level of education in behavioural sciences and psychosocial rehabilitation.
Allyson’s current role and responsibilities include supporting the expansion of EmploymentWorks across Canada, a program that supports Autistic adults through the employment lifecycle, as well as NEUROinclusive Workforce Solutions, which offers no-cost consultation services to mitigate barriers in the workplace with 6 Principles for practical neuroinclusive strategies.
