Kevin Pendreigh has over 30 years of environmental industry experience in both contracting and consulting roles. He has extensive experience developing and providing implementation advice for environmental management programs (EMS and EMPs etc.) for industry and is also a certified environmental auditor.
Kevin manages the Land and Water team at SLR Consulting, which includes approximately 200 site assessment & remediation, hydrogeology/hydrology, and risk assessment & toxicology personnel in 18 offices across Canada. As an operations leader, Kevin has seen first-hand how workplace expectations and working conditions can impact employees, and how providing and seeking both career and short-term support has become increasingly important for the well-being of individuals and teams.
