Kim O’Neill

Kim O’Neill is a Senior environmental consultant with over 30 years of experience. She provides senior regulatory guidance as well as air quality and climate change expertise on a wide variety of projects including environmental assessments, odour and nuisance-related issues, greenhouse gas inventories and assessments, meteorology, conservation plans, monitoring, emission inventories, pre-development assessments, and environmental protection plans. She has been with AECOM for 3.5 years leading environmental teams across North America.
