ECO IMPACT 2026
Award Finalists

Celebrating Excellence in Sustainability, Innovation, and Talent

ECO IMPACT 2026 is proud to recognize the individuals, teams, and organizations driving meaningful change in Canada’s environmental sector. Our Award Finalists exemplify leadership, innovation, and a commitment to shaping the future of the green economy.

Meet the Finalists

Our finalists represent the best in their fields, each contributing to a more sustainable, tech-forward, and inclusive environmental workforce. They are leaders, innovators, and changemakers transforming challenges into opportunities and inspiring the next generation of environmental professionals.

How It Works

The Community Impact Award is open to public voting. Anyone can cast their vote online and help recognize outstanding contributions that benefit communities across Canada.

All other award categories (EP®, EP® Auditor, EPt, and Top Employer) are voted on exclusively by certified members. Members receive a survey link by email and cast their votes to determine the top three finalists in each category. This ensures the winners reflect the collective voice of Canada’s environmental professionals.

If you are a certified member and haven’t received your survey email, please contact us at ep@eco.ca for assistance.

Land Acknowledgment

In the spirit of respect, reciprocity, and truth, we acknowledge that we live, work, and gather on the traditional territories of the peoples of Treaty 7, including the Blackfoot Confederacy—comprising the Siksika, Kainai, and Piikani Nations—as well as the Îyâxe Nakoda and Tsuut’ina Nations.

This land, known as Moh’kinsstis in the Blackfoot language and encompassing what is now Districts 5 and 6, is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3, within the historical Northwest Métis homeland.

We recognize and honour the deep connection these Nations have to the land, and we are grateful for the opportunity to share in its stewardship.

As we continue our work, we commit to learning from Indigenous knowledge systems, uplifting Indigenous voices, and fostering relationships rooted in equity, understanding, and reconciliation.
